TideTable is owned by Igoox, S.L. ("Igoox"), a company established and organized under the laws of the European Union, registered in Spain (Europe) under reference EU-ESB21386255.

TideTable is available for iOS and Android devices and must be downloaded exclusively from our two official channels: the App Store and Google Play. Distribution through any other means is strictly prohibited.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use TideTable solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in strict accordance with these terms and conditions.

TideTable is protected by European copyright and trademark laws. Our brand and visual identity may not be used in connection with other products or services.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or to modify or create derivative works from any part of TideTable is strictly prohibited.

Reproduction, redistribution, or dissemination—whether in part or in whole—of TideTable’s content in any format is strictly forbidden. As an exception, sharing screenshots with friends or on review platforms for promotional or evaluation purposes is allowed.

The data shown on tidetable is only valid for information purposes; you use it under your own responsibility and at your own risk. The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that (a) TideTable will function without interruptions or errors, (b) any defects will be corrected, or (c) the results will meet your expectations.

Igoox is not responsible for any decisions made based on the app’s content or performance.

Under no circumstances shall Igoox or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of TideTable, or your inability to access or use it.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. By continuing to use TideTable after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app.

At Igoox we take your privacy very seriously. Therefore, in no case do we carry out any information gathering of your device in order to sell it to third parties. Nautide does not require any type of user registration for its operation and does not store any personal data. We simply perform the necessary actions to run the app without any other purpose.

We use cookies in order to save your recent sites and display settings. If you wish, you can configure your browser in such a way that it alerts you on-screen if you are going to receive a cookie. You can also deactivate them but then you would have to re-select your location and your display settings whenever you return to the website. Learn about the use of cookies in advertising.

When you load the 'Nearby locations', tidetable determine the location of your device. This position is anonymously send to the server and used exclusively to determine and show the closest reference points. The approval of the position can be revoked in the device settings at any time.

Tidetable connects safely and anonymously to a server owned by Igoox to get the updated data of the stations. This server collects a series of general data and information when is called by the app. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the operating system used by the accessing system, (2) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (3) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (4) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (5) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about the users. Rather, this information is needed to deliver the content to the app and provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, we analyze anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the data we process.

We have integrated Google Adsense and Google AdMob. It is an online service which allows the placement of advertising on third-party sites. It is based on an algorithm that selects advertisements displayed on third-party sites to match with the content of the respective third-party site. We use Google Analytics, an analytics service to collect and analyze data about the behavior of users to app. The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the use of our app. Google uses the collected data and information, inter alia, to evaluate the use of our app and to provide online reports. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. By continuing to access or use Tidetable after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
